Customization: We do not offer custom design options at this time.
3. Orders and Payments
Payment Methods: We accept Gcash, Maya, GrabPay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the Philippines.

5. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective items, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the product, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and free of any customer-caused damage (e.g., stains).

Return Shipping Costs:
- Dudli will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases.

All designs, logos, and content on Dudli's website are the exclusive property of Dudli. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs for business or personal purposes beyond the intended use of the purchased product is strictly prohibited.

Dudli is not responsible for delays, defects, or damage caused by shipping couriers.
