This policy outlines our return, replacement, and refund process to ensure everything goes smoothly. Please read through the details to understand the circumstances under which returns and replacements are allowed, as well as the steps to initiate the process.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Dudli purchase. Returns, replacements, and refunds are allowed under the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: Only manufacturer defects are eligible for return or replacement.
- Courier Damaged Products: If the item is damaged during shipping, the issue must be reported to the courier (Lalamove). However, if you encounter issues, you can reach out to us for assistance.
- Incorrect Size or Item: If you received the wrong item or the wrong size, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund as long as it is returned in the same condition we shipped it. If the error is not on our side, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
- Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will accept returns or offer a replacement, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Timeframe for Returns
Returns, replacements, or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
To begin a return or request a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Fill out our Return Form with all the necessary details and include images of the issue.
- After submitting the return request, you will have 14 business days for us to process it. If a replacement is requested, the shipping time will be based on our standard shipping times and will start counting once the replacement is shipped, not from the approval of the return.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Shipping costs for returns depend on the situation:
- If the error is on our part (e.g., defective, incorrect item, or damaged by courier), Dudli will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the error is on the customer’s part (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction, or customer-caused damage), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund and Replacement Policy
We offer refunds and replacements under the following conditions:
- Processing Time: Refunds and replacements will be processed within 14 business days from the return approval.
- Refund Amount: We will only refund the cost of the item itself. Shipping fees will not be refunded if the return is due to customer error (e.g., dissatisfaction, change of mind).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer.
- Replacement: If a replacement is requested, we will ship the new item based on our standard shipping times. The customer will not be charged additional shipping costs if the error was on our part.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or replacements for the following:
- Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged due to misuse.
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
