We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely. However, because there are factors beyond our control, we encourage you to review the details to understand the occasional variables, such as shipping delays or minor issues that may arise during transit.

We ship orders through J&T Express and offer Lalamove for same-day or next-day delivery within select areas. Below are the estimated delivery times for each option:

The shipping costs vary depending on the number of items in your order and the delivery method:

For same-day or next-day delivery via Lalamove within Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Calabarzon (except Quezon), shipping fees will be calculated by the app. The exact cost will depend on distance and delivery timing, as determined by the Lalamove platform.

Free Shipping: Available during specific promotions via standard shipping. This offer is not applicable to Lalamove shipping. Check our website or subscribe to our email updates for the latest offers.

Currently, Dudli only ships within the Philippines. We will announce any changes to this policy on our website and social media channels and through email if you are subscribed to our newsletter.

J&T Express

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Lalamove

  • Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be handled the next day.

J&T Express

  • Customers will receive tracking information via email once the shipment has been processed.

Lalamove

  • For same-day or next-day delivery via Lalamove, we will contact customers via email or phone to coordinate the shipment. Once booked, customers will be able to track their delivery through the Lalamove app.

J&T Express

  • Delayed Shipments: Once handed over to the courier, Dudli cannot guarantee delivery times due to possible delays caused by courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Customers may contact us, and we can follow up with J&T on their behalf.
  • Damaged Packages: Customers should report damaged packages within 7 days. While Dudli does not have control over how couriers handle packages, we will assist in contacting the courier to resolve the issue.

Lalamove

  • Delayed Shipments: Once the rider picks up the package, Dudli cannot guarantee delivery times. Customers should address issues directly with Lalamove for resolution.
  • Damaged Packages: Customers should report any delivery issues to Lalamove immediately. Dudli is not responsible for damages once the item is handed to the rider.

Failed Delivery Attempts

J&T Express

  • J&T makes two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable to receive the package during these attempts, the order will be returned to us.

Lalamove

  • "If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the rider will return the item to us. Any charges incurred for the failed delivery will be deducted from the customer’s payment. If the customer would like the item re-delivered, they will need to pay the amount charged by Lalamove for the first delivery attempt, as well as the new delivery fee for the re-shipment. If the customer no longer wants the item, the remaining amount can be refunded after deducting the first delivery fee."

Dudli does not offer in-store pickup or meetups.
